Terms of Service

These terms cover your use of ReplyPrism. By creating an account you agree to them.

1. What the service does

We connect to Facebook Pages and Instagram accounts you control and reply to incoming messages using an AI model, guided by information you provide. We are a tool. We are not a party to your conversations with your customers.

2. Your account

• You must be old enough to enter a contract, and authorised to act for the business you sign up.
• You must only connect Pages you own or administer.
• You are responsible for what happens under your login. Keep your password to yourself.

3. What you are responsible for

The AI replies on your behalf, in your business's name. That means:

• You are responsible for the accuracy of the information you put into the knowledge base.
• You are responsible for what the bot says to your customers, including prices and promises about delivery, refunds or availability.
• You should review conversations regularly, particularly in the first weeks.

AI models can be wrong. We have built guardrails — the bot is instructed not to invent prices and to hand over to a human when it does not know — but no guardrail is perfect. Do not use this service for anything where a wrong answer causes serious harm, such as medical, legal or financial advice.

4. Acceptable use

You may not use the service to:

• Send spam or unsolicited bulk messages.
• Deceive people about who or what they are talking to when asked directly.
• Break Meta's Platform Terms or Messenger policies — doing so risks your Page, not just your account here.
• Handle payment card numbers, passwords, or government ID numbers through the chat.
• Break the law of the country you or your customers are in.

We may suspend an account that does these things, and will tell you why.

5. Plans, limits and payment

• Each plan includes a monthly allowance of AI replies. When it runs out, the bot stops replying until the allowance resets or you upgrade. We do not auto-charge overages.
• Prices are shown on the pricing page. If we change them, existing customers get notice before it applies to them.
• Free trials are exactly that — no card, no obligation.

6. Availability

We aim to keep the service running, but we do not promise it will never be down. Meta's APIs, our AI providers and our hosting are all outside our control, and an outage in any of them will stop replies going out. We do not offer a paid uptime guarantee.

7. Your data

Your business information, knowledge base and conversations belong to you. We use them only to run the service for you, as described in the privacy policy. You can export or delete them at any time.

8. Ending it

You can close your account whenever you like, and your data goes with it. We may close your account for a serious or repeated breach of these terms, or if we stop offering the service — in which case we will give you reasonable notice and a chance to export your data.

9. Liability

To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for lost profits, lost sales, or indirect losses arising from your use of the service, and our total liability is limited to what you paid us in the twelve months before the claim. Nothing here limits liability that cannot legally be limited.

10. Relationship to Meta

We are an independent service. We are not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by Meta Platforms, Inc. "Facebook", "Messenger", "Instagram" and "WhatsApp" are their trademarks.
