Install the phone app
ReplyPrism installs straight from this website. No App Store needed.
You are already in the app. Go to the inbox.
On iPhone
Needs iOS 16.4 or newer. Use Safari.
- Open this page in Safari: replyprism.com/app
- Tap the ••• button at the bottom right, then Share. On older iPhones, tap the Share button (a square with an arrow) in the bottom toolbar.
- Scroll down and tap Add to Home Screen. If it is not there, tap View More or Edit Actions.
- Leave Open as Web App on if you see it, and tap Add.
- Open ReplyPrism from the new icon on your Home Screen and sign in. The app keeps its own sign-in, separate from Safari.
On Android
- Open this page in Chrome: replyprism.com/app
- Tap Install ReplyPrism above if you see it. Otherwise tap the ⋮ menu, then Install app (or Add to Home screen), then Install.
- Open ReplyPrism from the new icon and sign in.
Then switch on notifications
- In the app, open Account.
- Tap Turn on notifications, then Allow.
- Tap Send a test. It should arrive within a few seconds.
You will be told when the bot hands a customer to the team, from Messenger or the website chat, and when a customer writes again in a conversation the team has taken. Tap a notification to open that conversation.
On iPhone, notifications only work when ReplyPrism is opened from the Home Screen icon, not from a Safari tab.
