Delete your data

If you messaged a business that uses this service

Your conversation is held on behalf of that business. There are two ways to have it removed:

1. Remove the app from Facebook. Go to Facebook → Settings & privacy → Settings → Apps and websites, find ReplyPrism, and remove it. Facebook notifies us automatically and we delete your messages, your display name and your Page-scoped ID.
2. Email us. Write to admin@replyprism.com telling us which business Page you messaged and roughly when. We will find and delete it, and confirm when it is done.

You may also want to contact the business itself — they may hold a copy of your details outside this service, for example in their own order book.

Sign in and use the delete option in your account settings, which removes your workspace, your knowledge base, your leads, and every conversation in it. Or email us from your account address and we will do it for you.

What gets deleted

• Message text, both incoming and our replies.
• Display names and Page-scoped user IDs.
• Any contact details captured during a conversation.
• Stored Facebook access tokens for disconnected Pages.

Deletion is immediate and permanent — there is no recycle bin. Aggregate counts that identify no one, such as "412 messages handled in July", may remain in our usage totals.

How long it takes

Automatic removals through Facebook happen within seconds. Requests by email are handled within 30 days and usually the same week.
